Refund Policy

At Shree Calcutta Gujarati Samaj, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our processes. This Refund Policy explains the terms for cancellations and refunds related to membership fees, event registrations, or other service-related payments.

Member Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an event or service date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a 50% deduction.
Same-day cancellations or non-attendance are considered non-refundable.

Cancellations by Management

      In exceptional circumstances where the Samaj must cancel a confirmed event or service due to administrative or unforeseen reasons, members will be entitled to a 100% refund or may choose to transfer the amount to a future program without additional charges.
    

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
The refunded amount is usually credited within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be adjusted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Payments

Certain contributions, donations, or specially discounted registrations marked as "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
